Overview

The Clyr X Sentinel is a persistent background daemon designed for crypto alpha syndicates. It continuously monitors high-signal Twitter accounts (KOLs, venture capitalists, token founders, and whale traders) and pushes real-time alerts into your WhatsApp group the instant they post or follow a new account.

/xtrack β€” Track an X Account

Registers a Twitter/X handle with the background Sentinel daemon for the current group.

Syntax

Parameters

What Happens When You Track an Account

  1. Profile Verification: Clyr queries the Twitter API to verify that the account exists and is public.
  2. Silent Baseline Snapshot: The engine fetches the user’s latest tweets and following list and commits them silently to the PostgreSQL database.
  3. Spam Prevention: The bot does not dump historical tweets into your group upon setup. Only tweets and follows published after registration trigger alerts.
  4. Daemon Enrollment: The account is assigned to the sub-minute polling scheduler.

Example Invocation

Response

Following Alpha Radar (Automatic)

When a tracked account follows someone new on Twitter, Clyr automatically identifies the newly followed account and broadcasts a specialized Following Alpha Alert Card into the group. This provides instant alpha on stealth founders, early angel investments, and unannounced project tokens before they hit public timelines.

Following Alpha Alert Anatomy

Anti-Dump Circuit Breaker

To protect your WhatsApp group from notification spam during API pagination shifts, account reactivations, or mass-following sprees, Clyr enforces an Anti-Dump Sanity Limit:
  • If a tracked account follows 1 to 3 accounts during a polling window, all individual alerts are dispatched.
  • If a bulk spike (>3 new follows) is detected simultaneously, Clyr automatically suppresses the batch, records the new follows into the baseline silently, and notifies the group:

/xuntrack β€” Stop Tracking an Account

Ceases background monitoring for the specified handle in the active group.

/xlist β€” View Tracked Accounts

Displays a directory of all Twitter accounts currently monitored in the active group, including account follower counts and time enrolled.

Syntax

Aliases: /tracked, /x-list, /following

Response Format

Controls whether Clyr automatically expands and enriches standard Twitter/X links posted by community members into full text previews with media.

Syntax

Aliases: /x-on, /x-off
Toggling /twitter-off only mutes passive link expansion. Scheduled /xtrack alerts will continue to arrive normally.
